Tourist tax

On 14.01.2013 the government of Alto Adige/Südtirol stipulated, that the tourist tax on visitors in South Tyrol will apply from 2014. The fee is obligatory for the guest and it will be added further to the total overnight price by the host.
The tariffs per overnight stay and per person (14 years or older): € 2,80

General information 

Prices: All prices quoted in Euro per person and night including breakfast!

Teenies: We will be pleasure to invite teenies older then 14 years.

Deposit (booking confirmation): The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% per room (via bank transfer).

Accepted methods of payment are cash, international Eurocheque card and credit cards.
Cancellations: In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we bill the charges for room rental without board.
Arrival/departure: Your room will be available to you as of 2 pm on the day of your arrival and until 10 am on your departure day.
Pets: Please make prior arrangements with us should you want to bring your pet. For pets we request an extra charge of 25€ per day. We are sorry but pets cannot be brought into the dining and wellness areas.
Smoking: Please note that a new law is in effect which prohibits smoking in the entire hotel building.
Upon publication of this pricelist, all other prices published at an earlier time and date cease to be valid.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 30 days before departure: €40.00 processing fee
• In the period from 30 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the booked tour price
• In the period from 14 days to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booked tour price
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price.

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-leased completely or partially.

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
