For some it is the most important meal of the day, for others a little party who wants to be celebrated enjoyable. Greet the new day with a sumptuous breakfast in our cozy dining room. Our rich breakfast buffet will get you going and provide you with everything you need of valuable nutrients for the planned hike or fun on the slopes. As we do not only take care that our breakfast buffet includes many delicacies, we choose also balanced ingredients of the highest quality.

The best of everything

May we make you hungry now? Here is a small sample of what you will find at our breakfast buffet: breads and pastries from our village baker, many high quality jams, local honey, cheeses from the region, delicious sausage and ham, South Tyrolean speck, milk products from dairy farm in Vipiteno, fruit salad or fresh fruit and polynuclear cereal. In addition to this a nice cup of morning coffee, cappuccino or latte macchiato, a fine tea or fruit juice and egg dishes. And of course, upon request, we offer gluten-free or lactose-free products. Let us know your needs and we will take at the best of your physical well-being.

So the day can start

Our breakfast buffet is served between 7.30 und 10.00 clock for you. So there is no need to rush. Even late risers will fee comfortable. A glance at the newspaper, another from the window to see the weather, perhaps a hiking tip from the table neighbour and then a new experience in South Tyrol can come.
